statement

Please read through Pie's brief print sign off statement below. If you are happy to proceed, please approve your artwork and agree with the print sign off terms.

About colours

Colours viewed on screens will vary between devices and therefor Design By Pie cannot guarantee that the print results will match what you see exactly. Print samples are available at your request and at extra cost.

After sign off no amendments or changes can be made to the design and sign off will automatically confirm your wish to proceed with printing / publishing the item. After sign off if the items contain errors of text, spelling, numerical errors to telephone numbers or in any error relating to the content this is the sole responsibility of the client and not Design by Pie.

In the event of error and the need to reprint or republish the work

The total costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client and not Design By Pie. Even if the errors are from Design By Pie it is still the responsibility of the client to identify these upon preview.

 

Spelling and grammatical errors are part of the sign off process and if an item is printed/published with these kind of errors after sign off from you the client, the client is fully responsible for re-print and production costs, should they decide to reprint the item(s) again.
