Frequently Asked Questions
Can’t I just use my Canva logo as it is?
If you inly have a .png file, you can use it online, but when it comes to printing on signs, merchandise, or even business cards, a .png won’t cut it. The Branding Toolkit gives you professional vector files that scale to any size without losing quality.
Do I need to redesign my logo?
Not necessarily. If you’re happy with your logo, Pie will redraw it as a professional vector and build the toolkit around it. If you’d like to refine or upgrade your logo, we can discuss that too.
What’s the difference between PNG, SVG, and vector files?
PNG: Best for digital, but pixel-based (gets blurry when enlarged).
SVG/Vector: Scalable, professional format for both print and web.

I’m not very technical, will I be able to use everything?
Yes. Pie will create your toolkit with ease of use in mind. You’ll get simple Canva templates for social posts and documents, plus a clear brand sheet that explains your fonts, colours, and usage rules in plain English.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Pie's design process is generally broken down into three individual phases: PHASE#01 - Concept Development, PHASE#02 - Feedback/Refining the design, and PHASE#03 - Delivering the design.
• 50% of the amount quoted for PHASE #01 is required as a down-payment/deposit.
(As this phase is the main and most design/time intense part of the process.)
•The final payment invoice will include the remaining 50% due for completed PHASE #01, any additional cost incurred for PHASE #02 and the full cost quoted for PHASE #03 and is not due until you are happy with and 'signed off' your final design, making it easier to budget as you grow.
Please Note: The remaining 50% due for PHASE#01 will automatically be invoiced for 30 days after the initial logo designs have been submitted to the client for review. It is the clients responsibility to come back with appropriate feedback within that 30 day period.
