Jane, the owner of ‘Mother Earth’ products approached me before the big launch of her fantastic new product range, to redesign her logo. There was a need for the logo to be refreshed and more
clearly represent the business which has sold online for many years. It was important that the new logo would be familiar to Jane's loyal client base and fitting to the already well established
brand.
So we designed a logo that uses a similar font as the original logo, but used a softer colour palette and creeated a more delicate, organic feeling, hand-drawn
flower.
Jane is a very creative lady and adores to paint and after exploring a few interesting ideas for the flower, we decided to use one of Jane's own drawings of a simple flower which gave her new logo a wonderful personal touch.
Mother Earth’s e-commerce website was also in the process of being re-designed, which soon became a wonderful platform to showcase the brand new logo! Jane invited me to present a new website graphics that worked well with the product labels and so, the new brand was developing!
Every range available at Mother Earth has it's own identity and specific label design, each one derived from Jane's own abstract, floral paintings. I was able to make effective use of these alongside stills from Mother Earth's recent promotional video. When put together, we had created a cleaner, more visually striking website.
I provided her Jane's web designer with a basic design and layout guide, which included colour references and a folder with web ready graphics.
